All Sales Are Final
Once an order has been placed, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds or returns for:
- Delays in shipping
- Orders delivered within the stated delivery timeframe (2-6 weeks).
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect size or incorrect preference chosen by customers
Eligible Refunds
Refunds or replacements will only be issued under the following circumstances:
- The product arrives damaged
- The product contains a manufacturing defect
- The item received is incorrect
To qualify, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, and clear photographic or video evidence must be provided. Contacted to kimball@kour.co.uk.
Claims Process
To submit a claim, please contact our support team with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos clearly showing the problem
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.
Shipping Delays
Shipping times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Postal or courier services
- Customs or border processing
- Weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control
No refunds will be issued for delays that occur after the order has shipped. Shipping times are estimated around 2-6 weeks for pre order. Only the first 5 are in hand.
Policy Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse refunds, returns, or replacements if we detect abuse of this policy or fraudulent activity.
